The room was lovely with a large bed

and beautiful decoration. The shower was great, though there were minor issues with water temperature at night. The staff was friendly and always willing to help. Overall, it was a comfortable stay in a convenient location.

the lobby was charming, but i guess it doesn’t matter when you're stuck waiting for the lift that only fits a yo-yo buggy. was told to pay for a balcony view i had requested, absoluteley ridiculous! i almost thought about giving a good review but with the cold shower and complete lack of staff, just couldn't.

Central location made exploring the city effortless.

Unfortunately, the lift was extremely small, hardly accommodating larger strollers. We faced issues with the shower, as it took ages to warm up, and on the final day, it didn't work at all. Additionally, the support staff was scarce. we only saw someone at checkout, which made the experience feel neglected.

Positive, I had a great stay for 2 nights in a Large Double Room. The place was very clean and well run. The location was perfect, with main attractions just a short walk away. Plus, having Netflix was a nice bonus!

The location was fantastic, making it easy to walk to all major attractions. Being nestled between two metro stops added convenience for getting around the city. The spacious terrace was a wonderful feature for morning coffee.
